I have always loved teaching because it isn't just about sharing knowledge; it's about building connections and watching someone realize they can do something they couldn't do before. You know, that moment when a student finally gets a tricky concept is honestly the best feeling in the world. I chose ILS because I wanted to work somewhere that actually cares about the students' individual progress rather than just numbers. The supportive environment here makes it easy to focus on what matters most when I'm with my students. I'm excited to grow alongside everyone here and be part of such a diverse community. Basically, I'm just happy to be doing work that feels meaningful every single day.
