Since I was a little kid, I have always had a burning desire to communicate with people with different backgrounds. That’s why I took up a variety of language courses (including Latin) during my time in school and university. Learning has always been enjoyable for me. Yet, teaching brings me even more pleasure. In the classroom I feel as if I was opening a door to another world for my students and I find it extremely rewarding when they learn something new. At the end of the day, that is the point of our daily life as social creatures: empathy.
